  Born under Sagittarius in Athens, Greece, 1975, DJ Phoebus feels lucky about his dj name since Phoebus is the name of the Ancient Greek god of the sun and music. His creative involvement in music began at the early age of five when he started playing the guitar and already listening at some pop and rock bands since his older sister had already started buying records. As a teenager he was listening to all the hard music of the time and since he was a skateboarder he particularly liked punk music and some skate bands.
 

 He started dj-ing at his school parties at the age of 15 and also started checking out some of the nightclubs in Athens hearing about a new kind of music named techno & house and watching some good dj`s in real action. At the age of 19 he moved to London to study and holds a degree in product design. His first big event as a Dj was in 95 when he returned to Greece with one of his favorite dj`s and music composers, `Charlie Hall` half of the electronic-trance group `the Drum Club` and resident dj at Universe's parties at club UK and Tribal Gatherings.
