DJ Venture 

Harris Ventis well known as Dj Venture was born in Athens in 1971.Venture began his fixation with music and records from an early age.Groups such as Depeche Mode,Human League,OMD,New Order,Pet Shop Boys had effected his musical hearings and leaded him to the world of electronic music. Last year he signed contract and collaborates with the greatest djs Greek agency,Floorfiller Bookings and Promotions.He has made his appearance 
in the biggest dance stages of Athens such as PLUS SODA ,U Matic and also at the 1st Athens Energy Dance Festival this year.He had the honor there, to play at the same stage with Paul Oakenfold and to close the line-up after Deep Dish(with a back to back set with dj Viton),thrilled the 4000 of clubbers until moorning.Dj Venture views himself as playing sophisticated underground dance music of all vareties,varying from deep and percussive stuff to a harder,more banging,progressive style.

3. How many years have you been involved with Djing?
Four years on an amateur level, one year semi-professionally.
4. Where have you played?
+SODA, U-Matic, Loca Club, Light Love Life, Energy Dance Festival in Athens.
5. Best foreign DJ in your opinion?
Sasha
6. Why don't the clubs show the same trust to Greek DJs as they do to the foreign ones?
Firstly because a foreign DJ is bound to attract a lot of people. Secondly, there is the impression that Greek DJs are inferior to the foreign ones, when they really don't have any disadvantages towards them. However a lot of Greek DJs have superiority complexes.
7. Are you satisfied with the course of the dance scene in Greece?
Not at all. I believe that we are years behind the rest of Europe.

6. Γιατί τα clubs δεν έχουν την ίδια εμπιστοσύνη στους Έλληνες DJs όσο στους ξένους?
Γιατί, πρώτον, ένα ξένο όνομα θα φέρει κόσμο. Δεύτερον, υπάρχει η εντύπωση ότι οι Έλληνες υστερούν έναντι των ξένων, ενώ δεν έχουν να ζηλέψουν τίποτα. Πάντως είναι αλήθεια ότι πολλοί Έλληνες "την έχουν δει".
7. Είσαι ευχαριστημένος με την πορεία της dance σκηνής στην Ελλάδα?
Καθόλου. Πιστεύω ότι είμαστε πολλά χρόνια πίσω από την Ευρώπη. Ακόμα επικρατούν τα κλαρίνα εδώ.
