We've had an absolutely blinding time this year with Oaky, Van Dyk, the Dish, Neri, Pappa et al back for more Floorfiller madness from next week, we're looking forward to set up another one of THOSE nights!!! events of the Christmas Festive Season 2002! "I GOT THE KEY" events, will be held at the Ballroom of Athenaeum
The Ballroom Athenaeum INTERCONTINENTAL Hotel is certainly not a club or a discotheque or a simple dance hall.It's an Acclaimed Venue/ Ballroom Hall that meets all of the expectations of our Guest Stars and of such a demanding Crowd like you are. On Saturday December 21st and on Tuesday December 24th on Xmas Eve at the "Ballroom" of Athenaeum InterContinental Hotel, capacity 2.500 noted for its impressive Space, Facilities and Service, is where our "I GOT THE KEY" events will take place. In addition on Saturday December 28th "I GOT THE KEY" will be held at "LE CLUB" the original dance club of Athenaeum InterContinental Hotel a stylish deco warm venue capacity 800. The philosophy, policy and principles of DiDi Music & Floorfiller Promotions entail Quality Music, Unique Style, Reliable Production and Impressive Presentation. Last season's events all over Greece have been the most pleasing aspects of the whole year. The Floorfiller Crowd has a firm reputation within clubbing circles for being the friendliest and most open-minded crowd in Greece and so we must thank and pay homage to you all for all your incredible support of our parties and "ENERGY" Festivals. As the countdown to Xmas continues and the Floorfiller staff fight over who's turn it is to open the advent calendar, we are very excited to tell you all about Xmas Seasonal Festive knees-up Events!
Saturday December 21st On Saturday December 21st at the 1st I GOT THE KEY Party release, the line-up is bigger than ever. To help celebrate what has been another incredible year for all of us, we've invited one of the the most important man in house music scene, the king of the airwaves of BBC - Radio 1, the man himself SEB FONTAIN to play a very special Xmas set. Another kick-ass bassline everberates around INTERCONTINENTAL's main Ballroom and the Athens crowd, once again will go delirious. Seb Fontaine will be laying down another set of his trademark juggernaut tech-funk and jackhammer beats. This will be the sound of a DJ at the top of his game.
Joining SEB and showcasing his full-on pumping tunes, your all-time favourite original Greek Superstar dj PETROS FLOORFILLER KOZAKOS.
Xmas Eve Party We are proud to announce the exclusive appearance of Mr.C. London's Tech House God, the owner of the legendary THE END Club and END Records - Mr.C. will be spinning a very rare and exclusive 'Teky Funky house' set for the Athens dance faithful. Mr.C. continues his proliferation of dance music on a global scale spinning his unique style of electronic music ranging from deep house through to electro and breaks to funky techno at the worlds premier nightspots as well as hosting one of the most cutting edge radio shows "Future Music" on Londons Kiss 100 F.M on Saturday nights and playing a residency at his infamous "Subterrain" nights at The End.
After Mr.C. the plunge behind the decks will be overtaken by PETROS FLOORFILLER KOZAKOS and he'll charm us all with a set of crafty progressive.
Saturday December 28th We're proud to present at "LE CLUB" of the Athenaeum InterContinental Hotel, the living legendof the Italian Underground the sensational FRANCESCO FARFA. "Farfa" is an abbreviation of "farfalla" which in Italian means "butterfly". That's what he was baptized by his friends and more than one who has been at his sessions have had the sensation of drifting from mix to mix. His incredible technique together with his inimitable selection of music have made him one of the most important DJ's on the international scene. Many people say that if Francesco was English then easily he would be nominated as the best dj of the world. A dj set for all you dance music lovers not to be missed ...
MIKE MOURIZAKIS and PETROS FLOORFILLER KOZAKOS will acompany FARFA and will entertain the dancfloor with their usual diverse mix of progressive house, the real crowd pleasers! Καθώς η αντίστροφη μέτρηση συνεχίζεται και το ημερολόγιο γεμίζει σημειώσεις και ονόματα καλεσμένων, τα καλοκάγαθα "ξωτικά" της Floorfiller σας αποκαλύπτουν τις σκανδαλιές τους για την φετινή χριστουγεννιάτικη περίοδο!
Σάββατο 21 Δεκεμβρίου 2002 Tο πρώτο "I GOT THE KEY" είναι γεγονός με ένα εντυπωσιακό Line-up, όπως άλλωστε αρμόζει και στην περίσταση. Κρυφά από τους καλικάντζαρους λοιπόν, καλέσαμε ένα από τα πιο σημαντικά πρόσωπα της house σκηνής, για να γιορτάσουμε μαζί του το τέλος της φετινής, αξέχαστης χρονιάς. Κι αυτός δεν είναι άλλος από το βασιλιά του BBC-Radio 1, τον SEB FONTAIN, για ένα ξεχωριστό χριστουγεννιάτικο σετ. Παντοδύναμα basslines θα συντονίζουν το κεντρικό Ballroom του Intercontinental, την ώρα που το Αθηναϊκό κοινό θα παραληρεί υπό την καθοδήγηση πολυαγαπημένων tech-funk ήχων και καταιγιστικών beats. Μια πραγματική μουσική έκρηξη από ένα κορυφαίο καλλιτέχνη.
Μαζί με τον Seb Fontain θα βρίσκεται ο πολυαγαπημένος Superstar DJ PETROS FLOORFILLER KOZAKOS, προσφέροντας μεγάλες δόσεις με την πιο pumping χορευτική μουσική.
Παραμονή Χριστουγέννων Ο Θεός του Λονδρέζικου Tech House ήχου, ο ιδιοκτήτης του θρυλικού THE END Club και της END Records, o Mr.C., θα βρίσκεται μαζί μας για ένα από τα σπάνια και αποκλειστικά 'Techy Funky house' σετ που επιφυλάσσει για το πιστό Αθηναϊκό του κοινό. Ο Mr.C. συνεχίζει να μεταδίδει το πνεύμα της dance Μουσικής σε όλον τον κόσμο με το μοναδικό του στυλ, το οποίο ξεκινά από deep house και καταλήγει σε funky techno, διασχίζοντας τη γη του electro και των breaks. Ο Mr.C. λοιπόν, ο παραγωγός της πλέον πρωτοποριακής ραδιοφωνικής εκπομπής "Future Music" που μεταδίδεται από τον KISS 100 FM του Λονδίνου κάθε Σάββατο βράδυ και resident στις "Subterrain" βραδιές του στο THE END, επιλέγει την Αθήνα ως σταθμό του ταξιδιού του μεταξύ των κορυφαίων σημείων του πλανήτη. Μετά τον Mr.C. το τιμόνι από το μουσικό μας "έλκηθρο" θα πάρει ο PETROS FLOORFILLER KOZAKOS, με ένα ποιοτικό και μαγευτικό progressive σετ.
Σάββατο 28 Δεκεμβρίου Με μεγάλη χαρά, παρουσιάζουμε το ζωντανό θρύλο της ιταλικής Underground σκηνής, τον εκπληκτικό FRANCESCO FARFA, στο "LE CLUB" του Hotel Athenaeum InterContinental. Farfa είναι η σύντμηση του ιταλικού "farfalla" (στα ιταλικά η Πεταλούδα) και αποτελεί το προσωνύμιο που απέδωσαν οι φίλοι του στον Francesco. Αρκεί να βρεθεί κανείς σε κάποια από τις εμφανίσεις του, για να νιώσει την αίσθηση της ανάλαφρης, ανεπαίσθητης μετάβασης από mix σε mix, που δικαιολογεί και το προσωνύμιο αυτό. Η απίστευτη τεχνική του κατάρτιση σε συνδυασμό με τις εκλεκτικές μουσικές επιλογές του τον κατατάσσουν σε έναν από τους πιο σημαντικούς DJs της διεθνούς σκηνής. Για πολλούς, αν ο Francesco ήταν Βρετανός, θα είχε προταθεί για τον τίτλο του καλύτερου DJ του κόσμου.Ένα DJ set για όλους τους λάτρεις της καλής χορευτικής μουσικής..
